This website is operated by Seefin Technology Ltd, trading as Kaitel ("we", "us", "our"). We are established in Ireland.

By using kaitel.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the website only. The Kaitel product is supplied to firms under a separate written agreement covering the service itself, service levels, our obligations as a processor of your clients' personal data, ownership of your data, confidentiality and liability.

If you are evaluating Kaitel for your practice, that agreement — not this page — is the document that matters, and we will send it to you on request. Nothing on this website forms part of it, and nothing here is an offer to supply the product on these terms.

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and share it. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to do so for your own business purposes.

You may not:

• copy, scrape or systematically extract the site or our research to build or train a competing product or dataset
• present our research as your own, or remove attribution from it
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• interfere with the site's availability, including by placing unreasonable load on it
• use the site in breach of any applicable law, or to transmit anything unlawful, misleading or abusive

On unauthorised access: if you find a security weakness, we would genuinely rather hear from you than not. Report it to hello@kaitel.ai and give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and we will not pursue you for having looked.

All content on this site — text, research, design, graphics, the Kaitel name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or payment. We will not identify you as their source without asking.

An application is a request to be considered, not a contract. We read each one and reply, and we may decline without giving a reason. No commitment arises on either side until there is a signed agreement.

The information you give us should be accurate and should be yours to give. It is the only basis we have for assessing fit.

Kaitel is software for financial advice firms. We are not financial advisers, we are not authorised or regulated to provide financial advice or any regulated financial service, and nothing on this website — including our research — constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice to any person.

Kaitel supports the work of a regulated firm; it does not replace the judgement of the adviser doing it. Where a firm uses Kaitel, the advice, the suitability assessment, and the final decision on anything issued in the firm's name remain the firm's responsibility — which is why the product requires a person's approval before anything is sent rather than after.

If you are a consumer: we do not advise consumers, and you should speak to an authorised financial adviser.

Our research papers distinguish between published evidence, third-party forecasts, industry research and our own interpretation, and label each throughout. A forecast is not a fact and a scenario is not a prediction.

The research is provided for general information. It is not a recommendation, and you should not make a business decision in reliance on it without your own enquiries.

We take care over this site but provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Product screens shown on this site are illustrations using fictional clients and firms. They are not records of real client data.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. We do not attempt to exclude any of those.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

These limits apply to the website. Liability in respect of the Kaitel product is dealt with in the separate agreement described in section 2.

How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Ireland. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
