Help us build what comes next for Irish advice.
I'm James, founder of Kaitel. Over the past while we've been sitting down with a small group of Irish practices, learning exactly how their process runs and building Kaitel with them. Now we'd like to invite up to five more firms to join them.

A minute from JamesWhy we're building Kaitel with Irish practices, and what your first few weeks look like. Why we're doing it this way
Built with you, not from the outside looking in.
You know where the industry is heading: more regulation, more paperwork, clients expecting more, and AI arriving whether anyone's ready or not. We see it too, and we don't want to build this from the outside looking in.
We'll shape Kaitel around how you actually work, and you help us get it right. It's a two-way relationship, like the ones you build with your own clients. We become part of your journey, and you become part of ours.
James
The idea is simple
Kai does the work. Kaitel keeps the record.
Kai is your AI assistant. After a client meeting, Kai prepares what comes next. You check it, change what needs changing, and approve. Everything Kai does is logged in Kaitel, your platform, so for every client you can see what was done, what changed and who approved it.
- 1 · Kai preparesThe work after the meetingNotes and summary, fact-find changes with the source, the suitability report and the follow-up email.
- 2 · You decideCheck it, change it, approve itNothing goes anywhere without you. Kai prepares; you make every decision.
- 3 · Kaitel keeps the recordEvery client, on recordWhat was done, what changed, and who approved it, when.
Who it's for
The practices we can help most right now.
You're likely a fit if
- You're an Irish advice practice with 1 to 10 advisers
- You run Microsoft 365
- Someone else works on client files: an assistant, administrator or junior adviser
- You want less work after every client meeting
Solo advisers are welcome to apply too.
Probably not yet if
- You want finished software to switch on tomorrow
- You're mainly looking to replace your CRM
- You can't spare about an hour a week while we get set up
How the cohort works
Three phases, at your pace.
Each practice moves at its own pace, on its own real work. We start when you're ready.
- 01Map it outI come to your office, or we do it online if you'd rather. An hour or half a day, whatever it takes. We walk a real client file from meeting to filed, gather your templates and connect Microsoft 365. You keep the process map either way.
- 02Capture and recordKai starts on your real meetings: notes, summaries and follow-up emails, filed to the right client. It suggests fact-find updates with the source shown, and you confirm them. We meet weekly to go over what's working and what to change.
- 03Draft the documentsKai drafts your advice documents on your own templates. You review, change and approve, then send, sign and file. The aim is one full case on a real client, from meeting to signed.
Then: you become a founding firm.
Sessions move to monthly, you keep your founding pricing, and you see everything new first.
The exchange
A founding relationship, not a software trial.
What you get
- First access. You use each part of Kaitel before it opens to anyone else.
- Founding pricing. Better than we'll offer publicly.
- A real say. Help shape a company that wants to lead how advice works in Ireland. What you flag gets built.
- Set up around your practice. Your fact-finds, suitability reports and templates.
- Me, in person. I'll come to your office to map things out, and you'll have my direct line throughout.
What we ask
We don't need polished processes. We need the real ones.
- About an hour a week while we get set up.
- An honest look at how things run today, from meeting to filed.
- Honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.
- If it works for you, a short video testimonial or case study at the end. We'll talk it through on the call.
Built for Irish advice
Irish-owned. Built for Irish advisers, around Irish compliance.
Most AI tools for advisers are built for the UK, US or Australia and adapted for Ireland later. Kaitel starts here: the Consumer Protection Code, and the way Irish advisers actually work across pensions, protection and mortgages.
Your data
Your clients' data stays under your control.
- Stored in Ireland, on ISO 27001-certified AWS infrastructure
- Built to GDPR
- Nothing leaves your practice without your approval
- We walk you through our security pack before any live client work begins
