The Car Park Note
The Car Park Note turns a minute of talking after a client meeting into a draft file note, after asking you up to five questions you can still answer while it's fresh. It runs in your own ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.

Make a project
On a laptop, in ChatGPT, select Projects in the left sidebar, then +. Name it Car Park Note and choose Project-only memory, so client notes stay out of your other chats. In Claude, open Projects and create a new one.
Paste the instructions
Open the project's three-dot menu, then Project settings, and paste the text below into Instructions. In Claude, paste it into the project's instructions.

Add the meeting checks
Open Sources in the project (Project knowledge in Claude) and add this file. It's what a good Irish file usually holds, by meeting type, so the tool knows what to ask.

Straight after the meeting, talk
Open the Car Park Note project in the ChatGPT app on your phone (or on your laptop). Tap the microphone in the message box (not the voice-chat button), talk for a minute in any order, and send. Corrections are fine: the latest one wins.

Answer, then read the draft
It asks up to five questions you can still answer while it's fresh. Answer out loud and it adds them to the note. Then read the draft and check anything under To check before it goes on file. Say email for a client recap, or CRM for lines to paste into your system.
